Flashy red and black randomly patterned mixed scales mingle on the black yarn background of these Dragonhide Scalemail Pauldrons. The anodized aluminum scales are knitted in as I create the gauntlets. They are permenantly attached with two loops of yarn for each scale to keep them from flopping. The knitted base allows these epaulets to drape against the body with complete flexibility. This listing is for a pair of epaulets. These epaulets measure just over 8" wide and 6" from point to flat. The point is slight blunted for more comfortable wearing. These are meant to be sewn onto a jacket or shirt and do not have a backing other than the knitted base. Need a different color?
